FUN FOR ALL THE FAMILY

It was fun and feasting for all the family at the 2024 Block Party! Our extraordinary team of volunteers showed up in force in the morning rain to completely take over the parking lot in front of Casa Nuova, Turning it into a sea of purple tents. Casa Nuova prepared an enormous feast, complimentary to all that attended. As well as a long buffet spread, there were two huge paellas’, treats from the smoker and thanks to Jose, even a whole pig being roasted! As the event commenced the clouds parted and we enjoyed a perfectly sunny Spring day. DJ Carlos provided the music and games were set up for the kids and young at heart. Most of all, we all had a chance to meet with friends and neighbors, both old and new to share stories, food and fun times! We are so thankful to all of those who attended and those who chose to donate to the cause, all helping create much needed awareness for pancreatic cancer. Please enjoy some photos of the event below.
